Hi,

I am a beginner for SmartPLS and so have a beginner question which has been confusing me for quite a while.

There are figures above the paths between the contructs after running PLS algorithm. There are also figures above the paths in the same positions after running bootstrap. What are they and how are they different from each other? Which set of figures should I use to assess the structural model and hence appy the correspoding t-values to determine whether the beta path coefficient is signficant?
