I have data for a 2*2 factorial experiment. Each binary factor is coded as effects (-1, 1) at the moment and I included both in my model.
Is that correct?
Or would I have to test the effect of the treatment 1 & 2 on LV A via ANOVA, and the remaining part LV A --> LV B --> LV C via smart PLS?
My model is similar to:
Treatment 1 & Treatment 2 --> LV A --> LV B --> LV C...
