I'm quit new to Smart PLS and I have two questions, that might be very easy to be answered by advanced users:
1) Is it possible/ permitted to model a causal Chain (I hope this is the accurate term) like this: exogenous variable with formative measurement model --> endogenous variable with reflective measurement model --> endogenous variable with formative measurement model?
Or do I have to use second order constructs?
2) In an other model I obtained outer weights > 1 (formative measurement model). Is this an error resulting from data import and how can I avoid this error? I used data standardisiation by default (mean = 0, var =1)
