Hi
For my research Iam using the Likerts five point scale (Strongly agree to Strongly disagree)
Developed and validated the instrument and applying the same in different organizations to study the HR practices adopted by them
The instrument contains the common HR prcatices and my objective is to identify the practices the organization is practising.
Hence i need to identify in each organization and in each construct the indicator (item) that they are not following / practicing.
How am i to find this using PLS? Which reports would meet my requirements.
Kindly suggest.
Pirabaa
indicator which contributes less in a construct
