marketization is the mediator, HOW
How can I draw the marketization as the mediator for the two types of firm performance? We have few non-marketized drivers are significantly associated with non-marketized performance. We also have marketized drivers are significantly associated with the marketized performance. More importantly, we believe the marketization is the mediator. But technically how to put it in the SmartPLS2 model?

Moderating and Mediating Effects in PLS Path Models
I guess you mean a moderating effect (because you mention that you cannot draw it).
Please make sure what kind of effect you are talking about (read for example Baron/Kenny 1986).
If you are refering to a mediating effect, then I do not see the problem of drawing the right arrows.
However, if you are talking about a moderating effect, have a look at Chin/Marcolin/Newsted (2003).
