smartPLS 3: Results gone missing after calculation

Is there any way to view previous calculation results? Currently it sometimes happens to me that after a calculation finishes and I have chose "close calculation dialog" as option for "after calculation" that I don't get shown any results. Neither in the model nor is there anything under calculation results shown in the lower left window where the results are usually shown.
is this error known or does somebody else experience the same issue?
