About Mediator variable

Dear friends and colleagues,
In my framework, I have four mediators. three of them have lickert from 1 to 5 . however, the question related to forth mediator is as below and I want to conclude that in situation A( independent variable), in order to increase variable C( dependent variable), the frequency of doing variable B( mediator) should be higher.
could you please guide me if I can still use PLS.
To what extent your organization used below frequencies in doing the exercise B ( From Not at all= 1, To a great extent =5).
yearly 1 2 3 4 5
half yearly 1 2 3 4 5
quarterly 1 2 3 4 5
monthly 1 2 3 4 5
weekly 1 2 3 4 5
I would really appreciate if you guide and help me in this regard.
