NaN Issue with Bootstrapping Results in SmartPLS 4

Dear SmartPLS Team,
Firstly, I would like to extend my gratitude for developing SmartPLS 4, a fantastic program that has been immensely helpful in my research.
However, I am currently facing an issue with bootstrapping analysis. Whenever I run the bootstrapping, the results consistently show figures and "NaN". I have reviewed the process several times but am unable to pinpoint the problem.
Could someone please assist me in understanding why this issue is occurring?
While the Original Sample (0) values are being calculated correctly, the Sample mean (M) and P values are all displayed as n/a.
Any guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your support and assistance.
