Can we obtain something similar to the predicted values (y hat) in regression for independent variables in SEM analysis using SmartPLS? Thank you for assisting

Sure. You can use the estimated LV scores for the independent construct and calculate within-sample predictions for the dependent construct using the path coefficients.

You can also create out-of-sample predictions using k-fold cross-validation using PLSPredict.
