Not able to add 3 or 4 categorical variables to test Hofstede cultural values

I am trying to use Hofstede cultural values in a model where there are four IVs and one DV. Additionnally, the Hofstede values also point to the DV and I'd like to test them as antecedents of the DV as well as moderators.

My problem is that it seems I can only add in the model 2 Nan variables (Hofstede values can be treated as categorical variables, there is a set value for each nationality) but I want to test at least 3 or 4. As soon as I have three NaN variables, SmartPLS displays the following error message : "singular matrix problem"

Is there any work around so that I can add all the categorical variables I need?
