Dear all, I am facing some issue while running my model in PLS-SEM.
I have 7 reflective indicators that form my Independent variable (reflective-formative). I use the latent variable score to quantify the same also . I have one dependent variable (performance) while 4 other variables are mediating (all are reflective one).
1) when i run the model with direct relationship between independent variable and dv and also mediating variable (treating them as dv). All path coefficient results are significant.
But as soon as I connect them as mediator and run the model most of associations became insignificant including the association (path coefficient) between main IV and DV. I am not able to interpret this thing, Please help.
