It is imperative to have the option to exclude the bootstrapped samples from the output files. These are often not required and become a hindrance when attempting to share results with collaborators or coauthors. The files can contain (hundreds of) megabytes of (ignored) information, making it difficult to share the results of bootstrapping, e.g., p-values and confidence intervals. The user should not be responsible for manually removing them or taking other measures to alleviate this burden.

Thank you for the suggestion. In the next release there will be an option "Generate results per sample" in Bootstrapping and Permutation. Without this option we will not save all the results, but only the overview statistics.
