Reliability analysis

Hii!
Out of 8 consctructs, 'A' to 'H', 'A' has Chronbach's alpha = 0.521, rho_a = 0.522 and rho_c = 0.807. Construct 'H' has Chronbach's alpha = 0.963, rho_a = 0.969 and rho_c = 0.966. Kindly let me know how to proceed.
