Importance Performance Map Analysis (IPMA)

Hi Team Smart-PLS,
Currently I'm doing research using importance performance analysis. On the importance performance map there is an x-axis that shows importance, while the y-axis shows performance. To analyze these results in more detail, are there any rules regarding quadrant division? For example quadrant 1 for variables with good performance and high importance to the dependent variable?
