My key is not recognized by the server.

Hello everybody,
I activated the software a couple of weeks ago, but since yesterday, even though my key has not expired, every time I attempt to open smartpls I am asked to enter the key just as if it was the first time I used the software. I do so, but then I get a message that my key is not recognized by the server...
Any ideas as to why this is happening?
