My key is not recognized by the server.

Hello everybody,

I activated the software a couple of weeks ago, but since yesterday, even though my key has not expired, every time I attempt to open smartpls I am asked to enter the key just as if it was the first time I used the software. I do so, but then I get a message that my key is not recognized by the server...

Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Yes, I am getting this also, not sure what the issue is either.

Has anyone received a reply to this issue? I am currently having the same problem as well.
