Can I report Insignificant MGA results?

I conducted MGA for my 9 paths for two groups. However, only one path's MGA results show significant differences (<.05) while the 8 paths were not significantly different. Is it therefore worth it to consider including a multi-group analysis in my study based on only one significant result?
