2 by 2 Experimental Design in SmartPLS

Hi,
I have a research using 2×2 experimental design. May I know how to analyse this in SmartPLS? I made them as dummy for 4 groups, but it does not work. It seems like I need to leave 1 group as based line, but it is not an objective of 2×2.
