Categorical variables moderation effects in SmartPLS

This video provides detailed literature background and SmartPLS application in regards to Categorical moderation effects. It starts with some literature background information before moving to SmartPLS SEM application. Bootstrapping function is run to get the path coefficients and thus, check for moderation effects between dependent and independent variables. After supporting our hypotheses for moderation effects, we move to graphing the moderation effects using excel 2way interaction function.
