1) Are there sources of literature that clearly define the Likert scale as interval or ordinal?
2) Are there any literature sources (journal articles, books) that discuss the difference between grand theory, middle-range theory, and applied
theory with examples in the context of the field of business management research?
3) Are there any literature sources (journal articles, books) which is a collection of theories in organization and management?
