Dear all,
I am currently analyzing the data gathered through my survey for my thesis with smart PLS.
My modell consists of reflective indicators and I want to analyze them by using consistent bootstrapping. The results I get back are always 0.000 (for every path and value - for the PLSsc Algorithm it's "NaN"). However, if I am using the "normal" Bootstrapping algorithm, I get back normal and plausible results.
What could be the reasons for this (and how could I resolve this issue)?
Any help is highly appreciated!
Kind regards
Frederik

Hi, I am having the same problem with SmartPLS v. 4.0.9.5, but the web link below is broken. Is there a new link?

I have updated the link. It was moved to a different section of the website during some restructuring process.
