Moderation Analysis

Dear all,
in my model im having a moderating effect of a continuous variable,so I applied the two stage approach in smart pls, and the effect seems to not be sig so there's no need to calculate the f² for effect size
however, I'm still confused whether I should include a whole analysis of the measurement model after including the moderator or just analyze the significance of the relationship as an additional analysis to the structural model .
