Power Analysis for PLS

My research model has 3 independent variables, 2 mediating and 1 dependent variable. Some of the constructs are formative. I did the analysis using a 160 sample size. Reviewers have asked me to do a power analysis using the method given in this paper.

Have anyone done this?
I am not able to understand all the input needed for this? How can I calculate error terms for latent variables?
