F Test

Dear all,
I’m doing some research that there are 5 independent Variable, 1 Dependent Variable and 1 Mediating Variable.
I made hypotheses about the effect of 5 IV on 1 DV which is mediated by the 1 MV simultaneously.
My question is:
1. Can SmartPLS measure the effect simultaneously like SPSS that had a ANOVA?
2. If can, what category has the result of effect simultaneously (F test)?
