Problem in changing PLS Memory Option

Hello Everyone
I am running my PLS on Bootstrapping 5000, But facing the problem of "Out of Memory Java Heap Error". I found the solution on this platform to change the ini. configuration memory from 512 to 2024. when I change it does not allow me to save and ask for permission. I have a trial version. Looking for a solution. Please Help.
