Hello,
I'm currently doing a CFA. When looking at the outer loadings of my items (for a reflective contstruct), I found one item having a loading bigger than 1 (>1).
What does this mean or why is it like this? Can I keep the item or do I have to delete it? Is there some way to get the loading below 1 (e.g. standardization or similar)?
Thanks very much for your help!
Julia

Are you running a PLS model or a LISREL/AMOS/MPLUS analysis?
