Dear,
When I use PLS - SEM algorithm to calculate, I have seen an error
"NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class com.smartpls. platform.api.matrix.hGmHGJDTYAVMWXQ"

So how to fit ít, anyone can help me ?

Please try this:

1) Uninstall SmartPLS
2) Delete the folder at c:/users/username/.smartpls3
3) Download latest SmartPLS from https://www.smartpls.com
4) Install SmartPLS
