Calculating Effect Size F2

In my model A, B, C, D (independent variables) point towards E (mediating Variable), and E point towards F and G dependent variables. I calculated the f2 effect size on E. But I do not know how to calculate the effect size on the dependent variables F and G. My second question is whether the q2 would also be calculated in the same way.
