Hi, I have downloaded Smart PLS 3 for the first time to use. As I entered the 30 Days trial license key that I newly obtained via e-mail, upon entering it said that the license key has expired as it was already used.
I tried that with several emails for new license keys, no luck. I tried manual activation procedure as well, it did not work.
May I know how to troubleshoot this?
