Urgent help on SEM in PLS

Hello,
I am trying to run an SEM model in PLS with 30 latent variables which is quite more than what I would usually have (20 max).
Usually it would take 5-10 secs to run the model after I have added a connection link between variables. But this time around it has been 2.5 hours and PLS is still hasn’t finished calculating.
Is there any upper limit on the number of latent variables/connections within variables? How can I improve the processing time as it isn’t ideal to wait for so long. Would be much appreciated if someone could help enlighten me on how I can make the models run efficiently. The data size is 2500 rows.
