Number of Endogenous Latent Variables / DVs

Hi all,
I have a quick question about the number of DVs when it comes to the structural model. Are there any issues with having 3 reflectively measured IVs and 4 formatively measured DVs? All IV's are used to explain each of the 4 DV's on the right side.
