Satisfactory AVE and Composite Reliability with Low Cronbach Alpha and Rho_Aho_A less than

Hiya Fellows,
AVE and Composite reliability for all the items are satisfactory. However, for some items, Cronbach alpha and Rho_A are between 0.5 to 0.689 even after deleting 20% of the items per construct.
Could any fellow guide in this regard? Could you share any literature?
Any help will be highly appreciated.
