Control Variables

Hello.
I have a current research project that contains job position as a control variable. I created buckets for each role (CEO, COO, Sysadmin, and so forth). If the subject indicated they are a CEO, then the value is 1, otherwise, the value is zero. This same procedure was done for all job roles. I then associated the job role to the appropriate variable and ran the consistent PLS & BS process. However, I receive NA's for the majority of the results. I verified my procedure using a reliable video source on how to run control variables in a PLS model. I continue to see NA's in the result. I am unsure where my mistake is. I am using the latest version of SmartPLS 3.
Any thoughts?
Thank you for your help!
