SECONDARY DATA use SMARTPLS FOR mediation and heterscedasticity

Im doing mediation in secondary data through smart PLS but im worry about heteroscedasticity thatb how to remove o it and heterogenity too.Kindly guide me in this regard as im doing first time .Your early response in this regard
