30 Days Trial Version not Working

Hi,
This is the first today that I downloaded Smartpls 3 - 30 days trial version. But when I try to use the 30 days trial version it says license has expired, even though I just received the key and I have never used it before. I used two different email ids but the problem is still the same. I tried to activate it through the manual activation process but it's still not working. Can anyone please guide?

i've got the same problem, first time use email, and computer but still got "expired license key". I already send a ticket, and i hope this can be fixed. if there anyone can solve this problem i will be grateful.
