30 Days Trial Version not Working

Hi,
This is the first today that I downloaded Smartpls 3 - 30 days trial version. But when I try to use the 30 days trial version it says license has expired, even though I just received the key and I have never used it before. I used two different email ids but the problem is still the same. I tried to activate it through the manual activation process but it's still not working. Can anyone please guide?
