Hope everyone is safe and well.
I am getting difference in results for correlation analysis done in SPSS and SMARTPLS. I have considered the scores below the diagonal in Fornell-Larcker table as the correlation coefficients and also looked at the latent variable table.
Request help.

SPSS does not offer a PLSSEM algorithm. Thus, the correlations that you generate in SPSS are based on different methods with different assumptions than those in PLSSEM. It is not expected that they are equal.
