formative measurement model and global items

Post by K_M_T »

Hello
All my constructs are reflective and I don't have a single global item.
Can I still do the formative measurement model assessment? because I read that I need a global item and I am in the data analysis process not the questionnaire construction phase
Thank you

Hi

I am also having the same question. Do you already have a suggestion for this?

Thank you

If you do not have a global single-item or a reflective measurement version of the same construct you cannot do the redundancy analysis for assessing the convergent validity of formative measurement. You need the one or the other; otherwise you just cannot do it.
