Applying mode_A weights to composite PLS model instead of reflective (with the use of R)

Hello,
I am an avid fan of the ease and use of SmartPLS and so far it has been a phenomenal tool! Currently, I have a stakeholder who requires me to show a formative model with mode A weighting within R for comparison to SmartPLS. I am able to to match it for reflective models but require it for formative. I have asked on other forums too for help on this: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/616 ... with-the-u
If I can get this resolved I will likely be able to continue in SmartPLS for this stakeholder which will mean a lot. Any advice?
