What is the difference between using PLS Algorithm and Consistent PLS Algorithm in SmartPLS 3?

I just got confused which one to use PLS Algorithm or Consistent PLS Algorithm, the same confusion about PLS bootstrapping or consistent bootstrapping.
PLS Algorithm is used for Formative Scales ?
Consistent PLS Algorithm is used for Reflective scales and mixture of Formative and Reflective scales?
