Use of p-values in MGA results

Hello All,
When I run my model I get significant differences between two groups, but only for the p-values - the others are not showing a significant difference. Can these p-values be used in a writeup to say that there is a significant difference? If so, are there any articles that have done that so I can learn from the writeup?
