Hello everybody,
I have a question about the interpretation of moderating effects. Is it common to discuss the direct effect of the moderator within the product-approach? I did not find any hints in the literature: e.g. in Henseler/ Chin Handbook of PLS.

No, you do not interpret the direct effects after the integration of the interaction variable.
See for that my paper on page 435 (sorry only in German) ;-)
