Log file error

Please note that whenever I start the setup of smartPLS , I get the message " Error in Log file f:\smartPLS\configuration\989898.log therefore I could not make installation.
Would you help in this concern

Hi,
Check JRE version in drive computer.

Thank you for fast response, I have already download jre-6u29-windows-x64, however the same error msg appears.
