Hi,
In my structural model, whcih it contains 11 variables (9 IV, two DV one of them use as mediator), when i run bootstrap all the p-values are high than(.1)
I think there is a problem., what factors can affect p-values? and how it can be decrease?

P-values reflect the variability in coefficient estimates relative to their magnitude.
One problem could be that your effects are tiny. You likely cannot do anything about it but except the result.
Variability in the estimates comes from many sources. First and foremost limited sample sizes result in large variability. In addition, multicollinearity increase variability (e.g., often measured by the variance inflation factor VIF) as does (sub-)model complexity.
Inadmissible outlier, missing values, etc. might also contribute to variability.
If your coefficients show substantive effects, I would first consider increasing sample size (i.e., collect more data).
