Hello everybody
When I want to open the software, I got this message:

An error has occurred. See the log file
C:\users\IRSA\.eclipse\de.smartpls.main.SmartPLS_2.0.3\configuration\1351701201022.log

and then I can't reach to PLS. Please help me.

I am having the same problem.

How am I able to place the activation key without being able to open the Smart PLS software.

I am also using Windows 8.

I hope this does not cause too much of an issue in installing the program.

Check Java version in your drive computer. Recommend used JRE 1.6, If you used 1.7 see CR solution viewtopic.php?t=1882 or viewtopic.php?t=1883
