Testing for endogeneity?

Post by sextonjc »

Hello all!

Is there a way/procedure to test for endogeneity using SmartPLS? Any helpful hints for articles, citations, or the like?

Thank you!

Hi,
There isn’t this kind of test implemented in the SmartPLS, but you could copy the standardized LV scores to a software that does this (correlation between error term and predictors).

Dear Sir

I have been commented by the paper reviewer that disadvantage of using path analysis is the identification of the salient endogenous variables or in other words what are independent and dependent variables (some econometrics test using logit/probit can solve this problem).

Sir, I would like to know your view point for the same and how could i can convince my reviewer.

Thanks
