Dear Smart-PLS experts.
Please help and may advise me how to do a statistical analysis using pure moderator in Smart-PLS as per Sharma, Durand and Gur-Arie.1981; Cohen and Cohen 1975 classic model (Y=a+b1X+b2X*Z+e), which is Z as a pure moderator variable not parts of X, but Z is direct interaction with Y.
Highly appreciated for your advice and guidance.
Kind regrads,
Sailendra

Re: Pure Moderator in Smart PLS
Just include the moderator variable in your model, select the target construct, right-click and select the "Add interaction term" option.
