Dear All
I am writing about the moderator role of online retailer type in the relationship between physical distribution service and customer purchase satisfaction.
Unfortunately, I am a bit confused with the model now. I am using smartpls as the tool and the indicator "TYPE" just consists of "1,2,3,4", and I don't know if it is correct for measuring the moderating role of such a categorical variable. Or do I need to create three new variables and define type as "001,100,010,000"??? If so, how do I create the model???
Could anybody please help me?
