Hi all,
For an item or indicator; what type of scal should be used.
I see many suggest likert scal of 5 or 7 and some suggest its the only likert scale to be used in PLS.
but in my case:
I have a a first order construct called size of a business network(meaning number of contact for a person)
which is part of second order formative construct called network structure (made of other 6 first order constructs)
which intern part of a third order formative construct called Overall Network
my question what scale do I use for my item in the first order construct,
one of my questions was how many contact in your business network with categorical scale of 0. 1-25, 26-50, 51-75, 76-100, 101+
