PLS SEM should provide option of inputting the hypothesis e.g. alternate of null and based on the results PLS should be able to accept or reject the hypothesis.

Thank you for your suggestion. The new SmartPLS 3.2.8 has a similar feature that allows highlighting p-values based on pre-defined significance levels for easier interpretability.
