Help! both have reflective -reflective and reflective- formative HOCs in my model

Hello, everyone:
My model has one formative- reflective HOC as exogenous variable, and one reflective- reflective HOC as mediating variable.
I am confused which method should I apply in my model ? The repeated-indicator approach (mode B) or two-stage approach?
I have checked several papers for reference, but still have no idea.
The number of indicators in my model are unequal.
